Paper Submission Stages:
STAGE 1 – SUBMISSION OF PROCEEDINGS
The proceedings must be sent to the Congress Secretariat by the deadline.
The proceeding evaluation process takes 15 days at most.
Before submitting a paper, review the II. International Health and Clımate Change Congress Paper Preparation and Evaluation Directive, and sample papers.
STAGE 2 – INFORMING
It will be ensured that the information e-mail about whether the proceeding text will be evaluated or not will be sent by the secretariat.
STAGE 3 – LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE/REFUSAL
The Referee evaluation results will be notified within seven days.
At the end of the double-blind peer-review process, the participants whose abstract texts are accepted are notified via e-mail. It may be suggested that proceedings that are not found suitable for presentation, be presented as posters.
STAGE 4 – SUBMISSION OF FULL TEXTS
It is not mandatory to send a full text to congress. However, those who want to send full texts will submit the full texts they have prepared in line with the congress paper preparation instruction via the web page. After the full texts are evaluated, they will be published in the Congress Full Texts Book.
STAGE 5 – FINAL REGISTRATION
Final registration to Congress. Final registrations to Congress must be made until November 12, 2022, by paying a Congressional contribution fee through the website. Payments for final registration will be made through the website.
STAGE 6 – SENDING PASSWORD FOR ONLINE CONGRESS
Those who register to Congress will be registered to the Online Congress platform and their passwords will be sent to the participant. Participants will be able to watch all presentations and present their papers by using these passwords during the Congress.
STAGE 7 – PRESENTATION OF PAPERS
Participants will present their papers on the online congress platform in line with the congressional program. Before the presentation, the participants will upload their PowerPoint presentations and make a paper presentation.
Oral and poster presentations that have not been made in Congress will not be included in the Congress Book, even if they are accepted by Congress. No refunds are made for papers not presented.
STAGE 8 – PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATES
Congress participation certificates and certificates of appreciation prepared electronically will be sent to the participants’ e-mail addresses.
STAGE 9- PREPARATION OF THE BOOKS
After Congress, Congress Proceedings Book and Full Texts Book will be prepared and made available to the participants.
